Karp Associates’ vision for the complete removal of a single-story, run down ranch style home was motivated by its highly sought-after, close-to-town location. This was the first new-build in a neighborhood under transition. The classic architecture designed for this charming 4300 SF in-town colonial instantly enhanced the home’s curb appeal. Our goal was to outfit this 5-bedroom house with all the latest amenities that homebuyers in the $2.5M price range have come to expect.
The resulting 5-bedroom, 4 ½ bath, 2-car garage house included kitchen complete with professional appliances, living room with fireplace and luxurious master bedroom and bath. Everything about this home was built according to our discriminating construction standards with high efficiency mechanicals, spray foam insulation, security system and irrigation system.
