Oxford House

    Description

A historic 3-story building, dating back to 1795, the dilapidated Oxford House with its closed restaurant had fallen into foreclosure.  Karp Associates decided to purchase it and rather than tear down the building, preferred to embark upon a historic restoration.  The first floor now is home to an authentic Irish Pub with some additional retail space. The second, third and fourth floors contain boutique and office space. We plan on developing the surrounding 7 acres stretching behind the building and across a brook.  This includes a pond, an old barn, two wooden bridges and a gazebo. New life has been breathed into this piece of New England history for local residents and passers by to enjoy for many years to come.
