Project Brief

The height of convenience, located in a wooded downtown Greenwich neighborhood near Bruce Museum and Park, the Karp team has built a 4-unit condo townhouse development also within walking distance to the train station and waterfront. With shingle and brick exteriors, these 4 individually styled units have unique interiors ranging from contemporary to traditional with all displaying the well-appointed trim details reflective of Karp Associates’ signature craftsmanship.

These townhomes include 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, 2-car garages, professional kitchen appliances and are elevator-ready. A luxury aesthetic has been created with the vaulted family room ceilings with skylights and grand master suites with 10-ft. ceilings, large master closets and heated master bath floors.

To allow for greater living flexibility, the 2000+ SF lower levels include full bath and bedroom and finished or finishable space. Individual patios allow for gracious outdoor entertaining. Each of these exceptional Karp townhomes includes high efficiency mechanicals, energy efficient insulated windows and spray foam insulation, and security system.
